The role
Help make an AI product useful and dependable through hands-on building, close customer contact and careful evaluation of its behaviour.
This combines engineering with product judgement. You will investigate weak outputs, decide what should change and help implement it. The emphasis is on improving what the system does, rather than managing a conventional roadmap.
Your responsibilities
- Build and refine AI-enabled workflows.
- Review outputs against real customer needs.
- Gather feedback directly from users.
- Test changes, release them and assess the results.
Your background
Roughly four years of relevant experience, as an engineer with product judgement or a technical product manager who still builds. You have practical experience with LLMs and agent-based systems beyond a basic prototype.
Location and package
London, hybrid. Base salary £70,000–£90,000 plus equity. Discuss sponsorship arrangements with SYNC before progressing.
