Why buyers come first in this role

Customers buy when they feel understood. This New York position is built around that idea: you will take the time to learn how a buyer's business works and what matters to them, then use that understanding to move the opportunity towards a decision.

From first conversation to decision

You will own each opportunity end to end. Early on, the job is to establish whether there is genuine fit and to make the product's value clear in the buyer's own context. Later, it is to keep momentum through follow-up, handle the commercial conversation and close.

Throughout, you will maintain an organised pipeline and an honest forecast. When buyers raise something useful about their needs or objections, you will share it with colleagues.

Who will do well here

You have sold to businesses and closed deals yourself. You are comfortable being measured against targets and can describe your performance plainly, including the opportunities that slipped and what you took from them. People who listen closely and follow through reliably tend to do well. Experience in software sales is an advantage.

Package

Base salary plus uncapped commission, on a hybrid pattern with regular office attendance. SYNC will explain the full package and what is expected before introducing you.
